Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Oravix Health (“Oravix,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you pursue care — the Telehealth Informed Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Oravix

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States, in a state where Oravix operates, to use the service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake — providers rely on it to make clinical decisions, and inaccurate information can make care unsafe.

Not medical advice; no doctor–patient relationship with Oravix

Oravix is a technology and administrative platform. Oravix itself is not a medical practice, not a pharmacy, not a prescription-fulfillment service, and not an insurance provider, and it does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content on our website — including articles, treatment pages, and FAQs — is educational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Medical care available through the platform is provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers exercising their own clinical judgment. Any doctor–patient relationship formed through the platform is between you and that provider, not between you and Oravix. Telehealth visits are not a substitute for ongoing care from a primary care physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Prescriptions are never guaranteed

Completing an intake, paying a consultation fee, or requesting a specific medication does not entitle you to a prescription. Whether any treatment is appropriate — and which one — is decided solely by a licensed provider based on your health information and applicable law. A provider may decline to prescribe, recommend an alternative, or refer you to in-person care.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at care@oravixhealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false health information, or attempt to misuse the service.

Payments and subscriptions

The exact amount you will be charged — starting with the consultation fee — is shown at checkout before you pay, and you will never be charged an amount you have not seen. If a provider prescribes treatment, ongoing medication plans may be billed as a subscription at the price disclosed to you.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /legal/refund-policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to: provide false or misleading health or identity information; use the service on behalf of another person or share prescribed medication with anyone else; attempt to obtain controlled substances improperly; probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform; scrape or harvest data; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may terminate access for violations and, where required, report unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

The Oravix name, wordmark, website, design, and content are owned by Oravix Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oravix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Oravix is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, pharmacies, laboratories, or shipping carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oravix's total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Oravix in the twelve months before the claim arose, and Oravix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms will be governed by the laws of the state designated in the final, counsel-reviewed version of this document, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dispute-resolution terms (including any arbitration provisions) will likewise be finalized on legal review before launch.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law evolve. We will post updates here with a new version identifier, and for material changes we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
